Prior to becoming a Realtor, Loren had forty years of experience in the financial industry. He was president and owner of an independent insurance agency, overseeing more than a thousand agents nationwide. Loren semi-retired, but his passion for helping people led him to become a Realtor. He and Jacob's mother, Karen, built and designed a gorgeous home in the heart of Woodland Park. Loren enjoys skiing, hiking, and riding ATV's. He also loves when his nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren come to visit!

Jacob has an impressive record of consistent results with very satisfied clients. During his time as a Realtor, he has earned four designations specializing in Military Relocation, Senior Real Estate, Short Sales, and is an Accredited Buyer's Representative. His wife, Sarah, helps the guys with their marketing and operations. Jacob is an avid skier, a student of martial arts, and can always be found whipping up something incredible in the kitchen.
